Job Title: Mining & Industrial Sales Representative

Reports To: Manager – Outside Sales Support

FLSA Status: Exempt (Outside Sales)

Location: Ebensburg Division

Travel: Up to 50% (includes overnight travel)

Position Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth within the mining and industrial markets by developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the organization’s mission of creating production work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain a strong customer base (new and existing accounts).

+ Generate sales opportunities through customer visits, calls, and trade shows.

+ Plan and attend trade shows, including logistics, setup, and follow-up.
