:Reporting to the Assistant General Manager-Technical Services, you will be part of the Technical Services Department. You will lead and manage the resource estimation and geological modelling functions for the Detour Lake Mine. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of mineral resource models and supports strategic mine planning and decision-making. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Lead the development, validation, and maintenance of 3D geological and resource models using industry-standard software (e.g., Leapfrog, Datamine, Vulcan);
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of mineral resource estimations in accordance with NI 43-101 or other relevant reporting standards;
