Mine Maintenance Supervisor – Red Lake Madsen Mine

Be a part of the initial team to grow and operate a regionally significant new underground mine development that is rapidly becoming the future of the iconic Red Lake gold mining district in Ontario, Canada.

Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Superintendent, the successful candidate will work locally on a 14 days on and 14 days off schedule and plans, administers and reviews the maintenance activities of the mine operation to live the safety culture, optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards. The Mine Maintenance Supervisor will inspire the maintenance team to create a safe, motivated and productive environment which leads to innovative continuous improvement.
