Job Description

A client of mine is looking for Mine Engineer GCC to manage and co-ordinate the maintenance of the section to ensure optimum availability at the lowest cost according to operational requirements, organisational objectives and sound engineering practice. The ideal candidate will assume responsibilities as a Regulation 2.13.1 legal appointee for underground workings. The position will be based in the Northern Cape. If this sounds like you apply now!

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Degree (BTech, B Eng or B Sc) Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

•DMR Certificate GCC Mines and Works (Mechanical or Electrical)

•5 years’ post GCC experience in an underground mine with TMM

•Experience in Shafts and Ground Handling, Crushers and Conveyors, Electrical and TMM

•Leadership Development Programme
