**Welder / Millwright (Direct Placement Opportunity)**

**Location:** South Orlando, FL

**Schedule:** Day Shift (Typically 7:30 AM – ~5:00 PM; end time varies)

**Overtime Expectations:** Monday–Friday with approximately 2 Saturdays per month and occasional Sundays

**Compensation:** $80,000 – $110,000+ annually ((hourly + OT) + bonuses (uncapped earning potential))
