This is a first shift opportunity, and **the pay rate is up to $32/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Install, align, and dismantle machinery and mechanical equipment
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
+ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and production lines
+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
+ Perform welding, fabrication, and basic rigging as needed
