Purpose:
Responsible for operating and maintaining 5-axis machining centers with multi-pallet systems to produce high quality parts efficiently and safely, while ensuring quality and accuracy of machined parts and supporting production efficiency. He/She is responsible for executing production programs, managing material flow, and performing routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production processes. Key Area of Responsibilities: Installing, aligning and securing cutting tools, fixtures and workpieces on the milling machine to prepare for machining process. Review computer-aided design, blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and dimensions of the product parts. Produce part and components according to drawing, specialization and instructions. To ensure activities in shopfloor are compliance to documented procedure.
