Job Title : Mill Operator

Site Location:  Flixborough, North Lincolnshire, UK

Contract and Shift details:  Permanent,2-week rotating pattern with flexibility for working days to move. Shift Example below:

Week 1 – 4 X 10hr, 1 X 8hr days flexing between Monday to Saturday Week 2 – 4 X 12hr Nights 6pm – 6am flexing between Sunday to Friday 

The Mill Operator has an important part in supporting the mill operations process, contributing directly to the achievement of business goals, and ensuring feed safety and health standards are maintained.

Main Purpose:

Conduct various tasks including raw material intake, bulk out loading, pressing, blending, additives preparation, and hygiene maintenance to maximise efficiency, service, and feed consistency.
