**Job Title: Mill Machinist**
**Job Description**
This position involves setting up and operating manual and CNC milling machines to produce precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will interpret blueprints, maintain tight tolerances, and ensure all machined parts meet internal and customer quality standards while collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and production teams.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate manual and CNC milling machines, including vertical mills, to produce precision components.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
+ Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job to ensure optimal machining performance.
+ Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and adjustments to support efficient production.
