• Lead data migration planning, sequencing, and mock runs aligned to release timelines.
• Govern data quality, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation with business sign offs.
• Coordinate migration activities across functional, technical, and business teams.
• Manage migration risks, dependencies, and cutover readiness proactively.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and control requirements during migration.
• Oversee cutover execution and rollback plans to ensure business continuity.
• Support post go live data stabilization and issue resolution.
