Responsibilities: Perform high-precision MIG welding on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Set up MIG welding machines according to project specifications. Select appropriate wire feed speed and voltage for material thickness. Choose suitable shielding gas. Adjust welding parameters for horizontal, vertical, and overhead welding. Prepare and tack-weld components prior to full weld runs. Weld various joint types with high accuracy. Ensure full penetration and proper bead appearance in all welds.
