**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **MIG Welders** for projects located in or around **Trafalgar, IN** . This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate is up to $28/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Preparing materials
+ Measuring and cutting material
+ Setting up welding equipment
+ Completing quality welds while maintaining safety standards
+ Inspecting, finished project for accuracy, strength, and defects
+ Operates grinders, and fabrication tools as needed

**Preferred:**

+ Shop or manufacturing experience/background
