This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate is $27–$32/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ MIG welding on various metal including steel and aluminum, according to specifications
+ Reading & interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication
+ Setting up, adjusting, & operating MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
+ Inspecting welds for quality, strength, and adherence to project specifications
