**Job Description**

Join a growing metal fabrication team that designs and builds custom dust collection and ventilation systems for heavy manufacturing environments. In this role, you will perform MIG welding and thin-gauge sheet metal fabrication on custom parts and ductwork, working from blueprints to produce high-quality, one-of-a-kind products. This is a hands-on position in a job shop environment with strong potential to transition to a permanent role for the right person.

**Standard schedule is Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m., with current shifts running approximately 11–12 hours and frequent overtime extending the day to around 4:30–5:30 p.m.**
