**Hiring Welders in Delano, MN- pay up to $30/hour.**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform high‑quality MIG welding on thin‑gauge materials (≤ 1/8”)
+ Fit, assemble, and weld parts using fixtures, clamps, and welding blocks
+ Read and interpret welding blueprints and prints to ensure accuracy
+ Maintain quality and safety standards in a production environment
+ Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed

**Required Skills:**

+ 3+ years of recent MIG welding experience or equivalent technical training
+ Strong blueprint reading skills.
+ Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
