**MIG/TIG Welders – Day Shift / Swing Shift**

**Pay:** $23–$28 per hour (based on weld test/interview)
****$1.50 shift differential for swing shift**

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday
**Day Shift:** 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
**Swing Shift** 3:00 pm - 12:00 am

**About the Role**

We are seeking skilled **MIG/TIG Welders** to join our structural welding team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble customer‑specified buildings and components with precision, strength, and durability. You’ll work with steel and other metals to construct frameworks and support structures that meet exact specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
