Responsibilities
Oversee integration projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance requirements, while contributing to the IT strategy by leveraging the ESB platform to meet business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of integration architects and developers, designing and managing API‑led connectivity architecture for scalable, reusable integration patterns, while overseeing the end‑to‑end design, development, implementation, and documentation of integration solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance the ESB platform’s capabilities, while ensuring optimal performance and resolving scalability and performance issues.
