Required Technical Skills

- 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in Middleware Administration
- Strong expertise in:
- IBM MQ (Queue Manager, Channels, Clustering, HA/DR)
- JBoss / WildFly Application Server
- IIS (Microsoft Internet Information Services)
- Apache Web Server
- Experience with middleware installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations
- Strong understanding of messaging concepts, transactions, and integrations
- Experience with SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication, and authorization
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, etc.)
- Understanding of networking concepts (ports, firewalls, load balancers)
