Midday Supervisory Assistant

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a rewarding role, supporting pupils during the lunchtime period and helping to ensure a safe, happy and positive environment for all children.

Responsibilities

• Be calm, caring and patient, with a positive approach to behaviour
• Enjoy working with children and supporting their wellbeing
• Promote safe, inclusive and positive play at lunchtimes
• Communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents
• Be reliable, observant and able to respond appropriately to situations
