About the Role

Birtley House Specialist Independent School is seeking a dedicated, caring, and compassionate Midday Supervisor to join our supportive team from September 2026.

The successful candidate will supervise pupils during the lunchtime period for two hours each day, including overseeing packed lunches, supporting positive social interaction, and listening to pupils read.

Our pupils have a range of special educational needs and require staff who demonstrate patience, understanding, empathy, and a commitment to supporting their individual needs.
