We’re looking for a mid to senior Leveraged Finance lawyer to join our client, a leading global investment and advisory firm, to support them for 12 months.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting complex financing and investment activity, with responsibility for:
Leading leveraged finance and private credit transactions end-to-end
Acting as the primary legal advisor on high-yield and structured finance matters
Supporting investments across a range of asset classes, including private credit, real estate, and private equity
