This is a multi-role opportunity spanning several functions within the sector, including mine operations, technical services, mineral processing, maintenance and reliability, projects, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) leadership. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals and offer a clear pathway toward superintendent, manager, and senior site or regional leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support safe, efficient mining and processing operations across surface and/or underground environments
• Promote strong safety performance aligned to Canadian OHS expectations, including hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and contractor safety
• Support compliance with jurisdictional requirements (provincial/territorial or federal, depending on site and employer)
