Minimum requirements: Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Development Transfers Paralegal to provide comprehensive support within a high-volume conveyancing environment. - National Senior Certificate (matric) is essential. - A recognised tertiary qualification in Legal or Paralegal Studies, will be advantageous. - Extensive conveyancing paralegal experience. - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in development transfers - Sound knowledge of conveyancing processes and Deeds Office procedures - Experience liaising with banks, estate agents, developers, and clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Proficiency in legal software systems (CMS advantageous).
