The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst reports to the IT director and is responsible for serving as the functional bridge between the business and IT teams, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions effectively support operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional design documents, supporting implementations, and driving user adoption across Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, & CRM). The Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain & Sales, partnering with Dynamics 365 Developers and external partners to deliver scalable, well-documented, and value d- driven solutions.
