Position Overview
Description
Working closely with the Microfinance Field Assistant, the Microfinance Manager will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
Plan and implement community liovelihood projects, including support for community cooperatives, women's saving and credit groups, local businesses, and capacity-building training.
Assist organization and decision-makers in making informed decesion regarding the microfinance/social investment needs to community cooperatives and small business groups.
Review businessnplans of cooperatives and manage loan contracts for cooperatives/associations/small business groups.
Enhance the Microfinance entity's processes as a subsidiary of GNIP through the conduct of feasibility studies, business planning, and other business incubation processes,including financial projection amd legal status of registration acquisition.
Spearhead Microfinance Star-Up Operations and Development in Pilot Areas of GNIP.
