Requirements: National Diploma in Biotechnology or BSC Degree in Microbiology. 1-2 yearsβ experience in a Food microbiology laboratory.
Responsibilities: Conduct simple and complex tests independently. Verification of results independently and interpret data against known sources of information. Improve laboratory efficiency. Ensuring adherence to departmental TATβs and early warnings to direct supervisor of any delay on TAT. Cleaning and disinfection of equipment. Responsible for upkeep of laboratory instruments and notification to management of calibration and service requests.
