Overview
The MHPSS Trainer, holding a university degree in Psychology and with at least five years of relevant experience, is responsible for delivering training on mental health, managing distressed students, handling stress and burnout in school teachers, providing empathetic support, and fostering a trauma‑informed care environment. The Trainer will also mentor trainees in the field and report to the Project Manager.
Mission 1: Training
- Participate in capacity building activities and training–of–trainers (ToTs) to improve comprehension of training delivery skills on specific modules provided by government and donors.
- Collaborate closely with the MHPSS Specialist to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) and review content for new topics.
