Job Description

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to head the MPU Application Engineering (AE) team in India. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, customer engagement, and application solutions for Renesas MPU products, while collaborating closely with global AE teams. The position reports to the Director, Application Engineering in Japan and plays a key role in supporting customers across India and Southeast Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of MPU Application Engineers to deliver excellent technical support and customer success.
+ Collaborate with Sales, FAE, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams to understand customer requirements and deliver effective technical solutions primarily across India and SEA.
