Summary:


This position develops strategies to improve engagement and manage activities under our Pathways to Healthcare program designed to engage the early workforce population, including but not limited to recruitment, learning and development, shadowing, career exploration, diversity and other activities aimed at developing our future workplace environment through partnerships with local high schools, JMG programs, tech programs, and other youth-focused career development programs. In addition, this position supports all functions of the Volunteer Services office and the Director of Community Engagement.
