Job Summary:

The Materials Program Manager leads material strategy and flow across Singapore, Malaysia, and China, ensuring visibility of current and future material issues while driving operational efficiency. This role manages inventory goals, oversees MRP execution, and collaborates with planners, production managers, engineering, and supply chain teams to mitigate risks and support critical schedules. It develops supplier roadmaps, drives risk analysis, and implements programs such as VMI and JIT to reduce lead times and liability exposure. With strong leadership, strategic thinking, and customer-facing experience, the manager ensures seamless material integration, continuous improvement, and alignment with UCT’s business objectives.
