Phillips 66 Global Marine Operations provides safe, innovative marine transportation solutions in support of the Supply and Trading groups within Phillips 66 Commercial Organization.

The Mgr, International Voyage Ops serves as the primary hands‑on leader for day‑to‑day marine activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of vessel operations. This role combines Operational Team Leadership with actively operating and participating in daily voyage operations, while coordinating tasks, assigning priorities, and supporting continuous improvement across marine activities.

In addition to operating vessels & managing an International Operations team, the position is accountable for championing change, monitoring daily issues and working with the related parties and resources to maximize controlled equipment utilization, while ensuring safe voyage passages.
