Sr Manager, Supply Chain
Key responsibilities:
Challenge existing logistic solutions to find the best options that will bring higher value for our customers and for our company. Drive Kaizen projects on Freight Saving opportunities. including but not limited to transportation mode optimization; vendor freight control. Map materials flow at the Plants and propose solution to rationalize warehouse space while optimizing LT to customers and cost reduction. Partner with Supply Chain team (Planning, Procurement, Shipping) to implement milk run with key vendors, review packaging solution, product labeling, frequency of delivery, certain days, FTL, LTL leading to savings and efficiency improvement.
