Culture – Ensure we are creating and maintain a strong Magna culture. Lead the Employee engagement program including holding focus groups and ensuring action plans are in place and progress is communicated.
Recruitment – full cycle recruitment including developing job descriptions, job postings, screening, interviews and preparing offer letter.
Onboarding – new hire orientation, building tours, ordering equipment.
Immigration – manage visa/work permit process for employees globally.
