Position Overview
Job description for this role is as follows:
Organising and Coordinating flight Schedules.Liaising and coordinating with the maintenance crew and aircrew for all flight operations.Overseeing the operation of aircraft as per the duty cycles of operations staff.Maintaining Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) records for aircrew.Handling DGCA correspondence (excluding aircrew training), including manuals and documentation for surveillance, ARC renewal, etc.Managing administrative arrangements such as car and hotel bookings for DGCA/AAI inspectors, guests, and the Chief Pilot.Preparing and submitting monthly/fortnightly aircraft movement reports to the Air Force ATC (for landing bills), AAI, and other agencies like DGCA, as required.Working closely with other operations staff to maintain seamless coordination of activities.Ensuring diligent maintenance of all relevant operational documents.A diploma ...
