Pre-planning of NPI stage (Man, Material. Method, Machine)2.Promote the lean production process, plan and execute the process reengineering of the factory, and assist in the continuous improvement of the manufacturing system of various product lines. 3.Integrate automation solutions and assist the automation team in project advancement. 4.Implement project improvement, including line balance improvement, manufacturing efficiency improvement, yield improvement, equipment utilization improvement, etc. 5.Planning cost improvement, from the perspective of profit and loss statement (P&L), assisting factory management costs. integration of ERP/Equipment Management System/MES/SPC/SCADA for Smart Manufacturing working status of team members, assist in dealing with related issues, improve report review and internal education and training planning
