Job Description:

**Job Overview**

Lead the development and launch of new stamping tools and processes in the Philippines, collaborating with China MPDE and suppliers. Coordinate with local operations, global project teams, and develop both China and PH stamping suppliers to ensure on‑time project launches while meeting quality, cost, and performance KPIs.

**Job Requirements**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the PH ICC MPDE team, including molding, stamping & Assy MPDE engineers.
+ Working with the CHINA MPDE team to launch a new product in PH
+ Coordinate with the PH local operation team (Quality, PME, PJE) & the Global project team(PDE, AQE, Procurement) to launch a new product in PH
