Drives concept design, proofing, DOE, tooling development, and platformed manufacturing solutions while guiding teams toward optimal manufacturability and cost efficiency. Acts as technical leader and problem solver from low- to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring successful automation, on-time product launches, and stable production performance using quality and yield metrics. Partners cross-functionally to enhance design for manufacturability, ensure cost feasibility, and deliver robust process documentation.
