· Maintain the ISO 17025 technical documentation as per the standard requirements
· Maintain all the lab instruments and systems according to the ISO 17025 standard and internal SOP requirements.
· Perform the calibration according to the IKONIX SOP.
· Communicate with the customer if their instrument is having an issue during calibration.
· Work closely with the other business units' calibration team to maintain and improve the calibration lab at the optimal level.
· Troubleshoot and resolve the lab instrument and system if it's not working properly.
· Required to perform repair work if the customer's instrument is faulty.
· Work closely with the sales and application support team to ensure the company's service business operates efficiently.
