Role: Associate, Metals and Mining – Client Support

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Work Shift: Night shift. Flexible to other shifts as needed.

Team: The Metals and Mining Client Operations team provides client support through S&P Global Market Intelligence tools, data, and industry expertise. Team members produce webcast presentations, test product features, build custom Excel models in SQL, and collaborate across Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, and Product Management.

Impact: Acts as the face of the organization, influencing client perception, driving product usage and revenue, and relaying client feedback to shape product releases.
