Track B — Client Campaigns: Run lead gen Meta campaigns for our roofing clients across the US. You own the CPL. You hit the number or you fix it. This is a performance role. Build, launch, and scale Meta campaigns for both agency acquisition and roofing client lead gen
Own creative strategy — testing hooks, formats, and angles at volume
Manage budgets, scaling decisions, and reporting across multiple ad accounts
Identify what's working, kill what isn't, and move fast
Work directly with the founders on strategy and results Requirements
