Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Management: Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple EU markets.
• Creative Directing: Brief and collaborate with the creative team/creators to produce social-native content that converts.
• Testing Roadmap: Design and execute a rigorous creative and incrementality testing framework for hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Ensure smooth operation of the channel: own tracking, data health, account hygiene
• Owning the Numbers: Take full accountability for the KPIs, proactively reallocate budget to capture growth and reduce inefficiency
