ObjectiveThe Residence Manager serves as the primary liaison between owners, residents, and the various operational departments of SHA, fostering an exclusive, efficient, and detail‐oriented experience while ensuring the proper operation of residences in accordance with the brand's luxury, wellness, and quality standards.
