Pre-sales support for presenting and demonstrating our industry 4.0 MES solution to potential customers or customers;
Visit customers for on-site consulting work, including collecting and communicating customer needs and information, diagnosing and analyzing customer problems, and making digital solutions;
Project bidding related technical work;
Support marketing activities including trade shows, seminars and make product promotional materials;
Work together with global product management to collect customer needs in the Chinese market and analyze market trends;
Track competitors’ activities and analyze competitors' products.
