Analyze customers’ specific production scenarios and provide recommendations for MES system modeling and configuration;
Lead project implementation, including issue tracking, business process mapping, system and custom feature debugging, and technical documentation writing;
Train end users on system functionality and provide technical support for advanced product adoption;
Maintain effective communication with project team members and coordinate on-site customer resources;
Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver solutions to customers on schedule;
Collaborate closely with the headquarters development team to resolve product-related issues.
Requirements
