Responsibilities - Strengthen existing merchant partnerships by understanding their needs and guiding them towards the adoption and expansion of payment services.
- Identify and engage potential merchants to introduce secure and seamless payment solutions.
- Provide educational support to merchants regarding service offerings, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring confidence in usage.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships, establishing the organization as a trusted partner in merchant success.
- Collect and analyze merchant feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of services.
- Represent the organization's values of customer‑centricity in all interactions.
