Business Analysis & Strategy: Monitor core KPIs (GMV, AOV, Order Frequency, etc.), identify growth bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to local leadership.
Operational Optimization: Design and refine operational workflows for the marketplace (Supply/Demand balance) to improve delivery efficiency and user experience.
Data Management: Build data dashboards and use SQL/Excel to track campaign performance.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end operational projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between local sales teams, global product teams, and etc.
Merchant & Campaign Management: Develop strategies to improve merchant quality and design promotional activities that maximize platform efficiency.
Requirements
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3–10 years of professional experience, ideally in the Food Delivery or E-commerce
