OVERALL OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE: The position is based in Singapore to support the Sales team. The core duties are to provide clerical and administrative support and perform operational functions of Point-of-Sale terminal related activities.

• Entering merchant and account data from source documents within time limits.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Scan documents and print files, when needed.
• Keep information confidential.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Handle enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Filing of documents.
• Ad‑Hoc duties includes but not limited to backing up office Admin and providing support to the team.
