Position Overview
OVERALL OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE The position is based in Singapore to support the Salesteam. The core duties are to provide clerical and administrative support and perform operational functions of Point-Of-Sale terminal related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Entering merchant and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Handle enquiries from internal and external customers
- Filing of documents
- Ad‑Hoc duties includes but not limited to backing up office Admin and providing support to the team
