EPOS Merchant Risk Management Specialist/Senior Specialist

职位描述

1. 负责对重点商户、高风险商户及复杂案件进行数据分析，并制定商户风险管理策略。通过交易数据挖掘、调单凭证审核、线下走访等方式，全面评估商户的经营真实性、合规性及风险状况，实现风险甄别。
2. 根据收单商户的业务形态、公司风险政策要求及策略/运营框架体系，专项搭建数据及运营模块。工作内容包括但不限于：运营流程设计、标准制定、运营平台建设、质量培训体系完善、运维机制优化及资源管理等，确保运营效率与风险控制的平衡。
3. 基于日常案例的积累，定期系统性总结收单业务形态、风险特征及客户体验痛点，形成知识反哺机制。通过策略效能评估、运营效率提升及客户体验优化，参与风险案例库建设与知识沉淀，提炼可传承的调查经验与方法论。
4. 根据业务需求与风险偏好的动态变化，协同相关部门推动商户风险管理工具的迭代与优化建设，确保风险管理能力持续满足业务发展需求。
