Position Overview
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants
- Coordinate with merchants to collect required documents and information
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending requirements
- Ensure accurate data entry and system setup for merchant accounts
